Cocohut is a cosy holiday village with a wide range of accommodation and a personal atmosphere. The resort has a nice beachfront swimming pool with a bar that plays music throughout the day. Near the pool Thai massages are offered as well. The restaurant and lounge area has a pool table, games and books and movies are shown once a day on a big screen. At the reception there is a locker room and an internet cafe. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cocohut Beach Resort & Spa is a beachfront resort located at Leela Beach (or Haad Seekantang) on the most southern tip of the island. Leela Beach is a tranquil, long soft white sand beach with plenty of shade. The resort is only a 5 minutes walk from Haad Rin town.
All room rates are net quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of tax and service charge.
For all guest in house Full Moon a minimum 5 night stay is compulsory for all room type and have compulsory cocktail on the Full Moon Party 750 Baht/person.(Date to be advised).
For New Years stay guests are required a minimum stay of 10 night stay for all room types and arrival date is before 24 Dec.
For the guest who stays in The Cliff Bungalow on the next day after Full Moon night and Sunday night has to accept for any noise from the party nearby without any compensation.
Room rates are not applicable during Long Weekend and Full Moon party.

Child Policy:
Extra bed and breakfast is free of charge for the first child who is under 5 years old. For the second child who are under 5 years old will be charged Bath 200.-/night/child.
Children 6 - 12 years old 50% charge for extr bed and breakfast sharing room with adult/s are free of charge (Room only).
